Vives' last revision (2015) is free on the Net here.
It might be the unknown female of Trypogeus gressitti Miroshnikov, 2014, but the key is almost confuse.

Miroshnikov (2014) revised this genus. He has a key.
From your photo there does not appear to be a definite decision, as some of these species require a close-up view. Maybe someone else has better eyes than me and can figure it out.
Anyone needing a pdf ... just ask.

Narrowed down to Trypogeus now but unsure of species...I will do some more research.
