This is a female of Zatrephus inscitus Pascoe, 1857.
The specimen is very discolored. The elytra should be almost golden.
The longitudinal sulcus on the pronotum is visible and is distinctive. There are no Xoanodera in Borneo that have a unicolorous elytra like this.

it is a Xoanodera sp.
