Honestly, I don't know if it's this Diorthus...
With a similar lenght and habitus, I see also Margites grisescens Pic, 1937 in Laos fauna book, and I used your picture to compare:

Strange colour...Hard to say.
A small Diorthus cinereus (Fabricius, 1793) femelle ? I have got a very small specimen too.
