Kalimantan is not in the Philippines but in Borneo.
This is Dialeges pauperoides Holzschuh, 1984

Hi Bill, only two species represented in the Philippines at present, pauper and egenus.
Antennal segments 4 and 5 look similar in length so I would plump for Dialeges egenus.
