The thoracic sculpture has no importance: you should observe if a furrow or a ridge is present between the antennae.

can this be female of Aeolesthes basicornis?.....Gahan (1906) states that "first and third joints transversely wrinkled, especially beneath"....I kinda feel third segment is wrinkled...you can check this feature and see if it fits...

Gahsn's Pachydissus parvicollis is doesn't match with above specimen and i don't have the description for Pachydissus schmutzenhoferi...

But, as per the thoracic sculpture it looks like Aeolesthes...

I'd search for Pachydissus...
