It's brown, all my specimens from Laos or Thailand are black with ashy hairs; so I do not recognize Diorthus cinereus...I think it is rather a male of Diorthus (Lamellocerambyx) laosensis (Pic, 1923)

The scape is ridged: Diorthus cinereus (Fabricius, 1792).

It reminds me the genus Dialeges with this antennal joints ratio.. see here.
