According to the peculiar pronotum disc and shaping and antenomeres 3 to 5 ratio, consider Derolus gyllenhalii (Fahraeus, 1872).

No, Hoplocerambyx is not present in Africa. This one belongs most likely to Derolus. Or it could be a small Pachydissus but on the base of this photo it is not possible to say more.
