Il y a deux espèces:
Dymasius angustatus qui est devenu Microdymasius et
Derolus angustatus qui est devenu Dymasius.
Pour les deux, Pic (1925) est l’auteur. |

Je ne comprends pas ce changement puisque l'espèce avait été incluse dans le genre Microdymasius en même temps que Microdymasius niger (Gahan, 1906) par Holzschuh (2015), avec un très bon argument qui est "fein facettierte Augen wie Lachnopterus auripennis (Newman, 1842)" ? |

Oui depuis LI Zhu, TIAN Lichao, PENG Chenli & CHEN Li, 2018. Two newly recorded genera and eight species of Cerambycidae from China (Coleoptera). Entomotaxonomia 40 (2): 125-130, 8 figs.
Voici ce que les auteurs écrivent: "Remarks. The type locality of Derolus angustatus Pic, 1925 is “Tonkin” in the original description (Pic 1925) while it is “Hoa Binh” on the holotype label. This might be a mistake in the publication. This specimen was examined carefully and it should belong to the genus Dymasius, and herein this new combination is proposed".
C'est "court" comme justification pour une "new combination". |

De ce que je peux voir, celui-ci a les carènes aux fémurs typiques des Derolus (et d'autres genres) qui manquent chez Gibbocerambyx. |

Identique pour moi à l'holotype photographié ici.
Nasa fait remarquer que ce n'est pas un Derolus. |
