I agree. The spine on the third article of the antennae seems to be well present and vertical; the antennae overpasses the elytral apex with two articles: it should be a male of Neoplocaederus bennigseni (Kolbe, 1897)

This specimen belongs to the genus Neoplocaederus, near the species N. bennigseni or N. conradti.
