Hello. By considering the elytra narrowing apically, spikes at elytral apices and the shape and structure of pronotum it seems to me Coleoxestia waterhousei (Gounelle, 1909), but I cannot completely exclude other similar species, e.g. C. femorata.
The beetle comes from Bolivia. Any other idea?
