Seems to correspond to Neoplocaederus opalinus Atkinson, 1953, but I don't know if this species were synonymized later or not. It was described from Belgian Congo, and I've seen one specimen in MNHN from Benin.

Veramente... perņ si tratta di un Neoplocaederus immaturo e teratologico... anche se conosco qualcuno che lo avrebbe descritto come nuova specie...
