Body length is 24 mm.
The body is covered with white short hairs. The apical part of tibia is bright orange yellow.
I have no idea!

I am no longer convinced that this is Derolus volvulus.
In my opinion, this species matches better a female of Diorthus...

It seems to me Derolus volvulus (Fabricius, 1801), Cerambycini.
There are two specimens in the gallery.
