In all likelihood, it is a male of Aeolesthes induta (Newman, 1842).
The single other possibility might be A. holosericea (here a female), but you should also have a picture of the inferior side of the head...
Generally, A. induta has a more rounded pronotum

According to me, it is a male of the genus Aeolesthes (Cerambycini).
Have you taken further pictures?
