It is an Anubis-species.
The prolonged forehead suggests Anubis rostratus Bates, 1879, but the body colour and the width of the yellow bands do not seem agree with this species.
It might be Anubis viridicollis Pic, 1932 from Tonkin, which has narrower bands and elytra violet except for the green base. I have got any pictures of this species.
