Hello Dan. You mean might be C. plicatulum A., 1910 and you det. is might be after Bentanachs et al., 2012.... Les Cerambycidae de Borneo..
The Abb. 18 and 18a is not C. plicatulum !!!
Chloridolum plicatulum is a completely different species.

I think this is Chloridolum (Leontium) plicatum (Aurivillius).
It is one of the smaller Chloridolum in Sabah, the pronotum has an oblong patch of black tomentum, and the suture of the elytra is very narrow and lighter in color than the rest of the elytra. C. viridipenne is also small but has a dark suture. C. cinnyris is also small but the tomentum on the pronotum is divided into two regions.
