Can anyone confirm that this is Chromalizus fragrans (Dalman, 1817)

Indeed. My lamp light is too cold, I did not pay attention this time. The beetle is green in fact as you wrote.

Yes, fragrans is correct. The colour is strongly blue here but I think this is due to the photo(?); usually the body is dull green above, brighter green ventrally.
