Not so much Chlorophorus species in Philippines. Could it be Chlorophorus palavanicus Aurivillius, 1922 ? This species seems to have 4 yellow marks...

It is a representative of the genus Chlorophorus but it does not seem to me to belong to any species recorded from the Philippines.
