You were right! 
X. antennarius should be grey with the 4 last antennomeres yellow. The original drawing is misleading.
This is Xylotrechus quadripes Chevrolat, 1863.
New for the Philippines (and possibly introduced). |

Yes, the drawing is very similar, but this species is from Mindanao, this one it's from North Luzon, I don't know if this species arrives so far to north. |

It should be Xylotrechus antennarius Heller, 1926.
