It's a female, so it's impossible to compare the genitalia. The black patterns, the shape of the pronotum and the obliquely truncated apex of the elytra are the closest thing to the holotype of Chlorophorus ictericus Holzschuh, 1991, described from the same region.

I have a specimen very close to this coming from Myanmar...
