12 mm, north-east Laos.
I think it is Falsanoplistes antennarius Holzschuh, 2010 (type specimen from the same locality).

In Japan, only Rosalia has same thing...

When Cerambycids move, they use to have antenna straight ahead, for touching: antenna are sensitive appendices. I do not know the exact function of hairs for this species. May be somebody knows more on this forum...

Yes, indeed, it is a male . You can see here holotype male and paratype female.
