I know.
The division between Oemini and Xystrocerini is totally artificial and I have already synonymised both tribes.
I do not know why and on which characters some entomologists keep maintain it...

in Titan the genus is cited in Oemini and it seems there is a half dozen species in Western Africa
trying to determine one of mine that I caught in Angola, I also look first in xystrocerini as this is soft with a head and basal antenna that looks like those of Xystrocera

Xystrocerini, once again. What a polymorphe tribe! Thank you:

It seems to me a Listrocerum Chevrolat, 1855 (Xystrocerini).
The only species mentioned by Adlbauer & Mourglia (1995) from Togo is Listrocerum bicolor (Lepesme, 1950).
