I have 3 what I thought to be Tetraommatus (?) specimens from Singapore:

The second specimen lacks the darker elytral tip, the dorsal eyes are placed closer together, the neck is less distinct, legs seem more uniformly colored.

The eyes in this is contiguous on the vertex.
I also have this picture from Peninsular Malaysia (Rompin town). Not sure if it is still a Tetraommatus: the pronotum is not really longer than broad and armed with a spine on the side.

You are right Dan... actually it is very similar to Longelinopodius and related genera (with and without divided eyes)... but they are Graciliini from Madagascar! |

Photograph # 3 shows a specimen with eyes that appear to be undivided.
Tetraommatus, I believe, has divided eyes. |

This species is closely related to Tetraommatus ocularis Pascoe, 1869... it corresponds to the description well enough.
But, it was described from Morty (North Moluccas), and there is a subspecies  from India. Nothing in between. |
