There is a fairly old key in Portuguese done by Martins & Napp (1983, Papéis Avulsos de Zoologia 35/7: 79-92), which includes all species described until that time and a still valid genus Nostizocera. Nonetheless, it is not an easy key, since it is mainly based on the sculpture of the prothorax and other characters scarcely guessable from photo.

Thank you for this identification. Does there exist a good key for this genus?

Exactly! It belongs just to this tribe: Stizocera wagneri (Gounelle, 1913).
There are no other pictures of this species in the Web, but it is similar to S. phtisica (Gounelle, 1909).
