Pyrestes nigrosuturalis Holzschuh, 1991 and Pyrestes nitidicollis Holzschuh, 1991 and Pyrestes rectipes Holzschuh, 2005 are also recorded from Thaïland by Catalogue of life.
Pyrestes rudis Holzschuh, 2005 is recorded from Vietnam.
I'm looking for all descriptions to identify my 5 species from Laos.

By using Gressitt & Rondon (1970), I arrive again to the same species.

It is a male of Pyrestes, a not easy group since there are no recent monographs and I know no species recorded from Thailand.
By using Plavilstshikov's keys (1932!), I reach Pyrestes dohertii, which Gahan (1906: 29) described from Myanmar.
