I introduce you the only cerambycid which is emerged from some branches of Laurus novocanariensis collected in Gran Canaria, Moya:

Blabinotus spinicollis Wollaston, 1854.

This female emerged on the 15.I.2018... but it is not very active.
During the day, it remains under a piece of cork, which I put in its box.
I never observed activities between 6:00 to 24:00 h.... then, I slept!
These pictures were taken between 3:00 and 4:00 h at night... but the insect falls in thanatosis as soon as it is disturbed.

I never observed this non-collaborative behaviour in cerambycids...
