With its antennas it looks a lot like aureovittatus however at aureovittatus (which I have the photo of the type) the presence as here of a brush of hair is very clear whereas at these brushes albosticticus ([I do not know the species! I have a photo of an ex that I assimilated to albosticticus) nothing is said about it? On the other hand the description specifies that there is only one fascicle on elytra (post-basilar disc) and no other.
I especially have the impression that the fascicles of hairs are much less marked than in Aureovittatus by the way the antennas at albosticticus the antennas are very clearly stretched contrary to aureovittatus or they are much less ...
The white pubescence on the sides of the pronotum is very distinct here and on the albosticticus, whereas in aureovittatus this lateral color is rather yellowish. So it looks like albosticticus but look maybe also on the side of C hystrix F?

I think that this is the true albosticticus (antennae fit), while this should be aureovittatus.
Larry's specimen should be aureovittatus.

Sorry Larry but I was wrong.
This should be Cloniocerus albosticticus Breuning, 1940 or C. aureovittatus Breuning, 1955 (I do not have the description of the latter species).
C. kraussi shows a postmedian yellowish band (here).
In addition, the C. kraussi of the site Lamiaires du Monde (Roguet's picture in your site) is actually C. bohemanni.
