Francesco, the femora and the base of the tibiae are orange-red; the remainder of the tibiae and tarsi are brown.

Based on the key and information in the new revision, yes, N. tristis.

Probably, Nyctimenius varicornis (Fabricius, 1801).
Are feet red or black?
