Dear Francesco,
please, look to this Ceresium (if it is Ceresium, certainly).
Maybe, geniculatum White, 1855 (???)
Not too a lot of black Ceresium, but my knowledge is this aspect is very feeble...

~16 mm, S Vietnam, Bin`Fyok prov.

It is just this species.
It has also been mentioned by Lameere (1893) from Vietnam (p. 282) in this interesting paper about Vietnamese cerambycids.
