I submit you these specimen always from Zhejiang at the beginning of June 2017. Caught on flowers with Chlorophorus tredecimaculatus and Lepturinae ever posted.
In first I think Anaglyptus gressiti but I'm not sure for this determination.

The flowers. If you have the name of this plant...

...but your specimen fits well with Gressitt illustration (1951) of Anaglyptus (Aglaophis) nokosanus (Kano, 1933).

Not sure that your specimen is Anaglyptus (Aglaophis) nokosanus (Kano, 1933), because of the full white band at the apex of elytra and whitish antennomera (6th to 8th), ...

Plant is a Hortensia, Hydrangea sp., may be sp.anomala

Postmedian band of elytra is closer than the one of Anaglyptus (Aglaophis) nokosanus (Kano, 1933)
