C'est une espèce qui mesure 3 mm (d'apès Titan), comme -à peu près- mes 3 exemplaires. |

J'ai trouvé ce résumé:
Niisato T., 1998 - Three new Obrium from northern Vietnam - Japanese Journal Of Systematic Entomology 4 (2): 267-276.
Three new species of the genus Obrium are described from northern Vietnam.
Obrium akikoae sp. nov. from Truong Yen of Son La Province is an usual reddish species for the members of the genus, but characterized by the large body with pale apical seven segments of antennae.
Obrium elongatum sp. nov. from Mt. Phang Si Pang of Lai Chau Province is very unique in having elongate elytra and appendages, large head contracted to narrow pronotum, both of which are black in colour. It has no close relatives in the genus.
Obrium huae sp. nov. from Mt. Pia Oac of Cao Bang Province is a peculiar species that reminds us of a member of the genus Iphra. From the small reddish yellow body with infuscate elytral apices, the widely separated eyes and the stout appendages, this species has closer relationship to O. fuscoapicalis Hayashi from Taiwan.

Pour connaitre le genre, ça suffit de regarder les metépisternes, si ils divisent (a-b: Stenhomalus) ou pas (c: Obrium) le metasternum dès les metépimeres.
