Sent to me as Rhaphuma quadricolor, but seems to belong to Obriini, as the first sternite is equal in length or even longer than the rest of abdomen.
Philippines, Luzon.
6.5 mm.

OK. Maybe I found: Pseudiphra apicalis Schwarzer, 1925?
