Belongs to Oxilus, but I don't have any extensive document on these beetles.

By using Mourglia's key (1991, Boll. Soc. ent. ital. 123/2: 113-120), I reach Oxilus boulardi Quentin & Villiers, 1979, a Kenyan endemic species.
