Yes, Dan this specimen is very similar to Cleomenes copei Vives,2009.
I have received C. copei also from Samar Is.

Cleomenes species. Very nice, I have not seen before.

Vives described C. copei in 2009, but did not include a picture of the species. I know this is not C. banauensis, C. rufonigra, C. hefferni, and C. dihammaphoroides.
