Dear Syamsul, welcome to the Forum!

Your beetle seems really a Cleomenes-species; nonetheless, I do not known its name.
It is not present in the revision by Fuchs (1961); hence, it should be species that Holzschuh described lately or still new.
By basing on the name, it might be C. apicalis, but I am not sure.
