Nasa, you specimen looks like R. distans - shape of pronotum, punctuation etc. Check the description.

Xavier, according to your figure, "luteofasciata" was described as var of rufofemorata Pic, 1922, not rufotincta.
While the former should have reddish legs, the latter elytra.

It see that Halme rufofemorata Pic var. luteofasciata has a yellow median band.

By the way, Halme rufotincta Pic, 1953 is unknown from Titan database ! , and I do not know if it is your species.
