I do not know - I cannot see elytral apex; fascia on pronotal basis; elytral punctuation, etc.

Elytral fascia of E. laticollis should (almost) reach the suture, right?

I would not say it is E. laticollis, but the photo is very bad...

I'd say Epipedocera laticollis Gahan, 1906, but it is very small...
