Malheureusement Petr a considéré valide la synonymie erronée de Pesarini & Sabbadini (1999).
Il s'agit encore de P. similis.

I have not seen the type of P. cakli, but it should differ from P. similis slightly in the shape of light hairs on pronotum and elytra.

Definitely not.
The types come below, P. laosensis first, P. similis second.

They are the same species.
But this seems to me more similar to Prothema laosensis Gressitt & Rondon, 1970.

avec le Gressitt je pense que c'est Prothema similis synonyme de Prothema cakli Heyrovský, 1967
