Today I well studied the complex E. hastigerum, E. kalimantanense and E. bifasciatum.
My conclusion :
Firstly I have the same opinion as Carolus Holzschuh about the validity of the species kalimantanense. It is very certainly the same species as hastigerum.
Secondly, to separate the remaining two species you must looking at first the sixth antennnomere. If it is widened regularly from base to apex, then it is bifasciatum. Male has got a long projection at the apex of the median tibiae (it is your specimen). Last antennomeres can be black or testaceous. If the sixth antennomere is widened only from the basal third to apex, then it is hastigerum. Female possess a long sutural projection at apex.

With last five antennomera orange, comparing to pictures in YOSHITAKE & NIISATO , 2009. A Redescription of Euryarthrum hastigerum Holzschuh (Coleoptera, Cerambycidae), with Description of its New Relative from Kalimantan, Indonesia. Elytra, Tokyo 37 (1): 155-163, 11 figs. I think it is rather Euryarthrum hastigerum Holzschuh, 2008 .
