Please help us to ID this kind of specie from Philippines (Negros isl.)

Coming back to this species, that I have found as sold among cerambycids several times, it should belong to the genus Horia (Meloidae Horiini).

The head is not much more guessable; however, I think that Meloidae is the right ID.

This specimens seem to me no cerambycid. It might be a blister beetle (Meloidae).
Have you got please a picture of the head?
