I don't know if the light color of the elytra is due to the effect of camera lighting.
I have taken a picture of a Pectinocallimus many years ago that could be the same species (Alas, I haven't started collecting then, so no specimen).
Without the diffuser that Nicky has, my specimen looked much darker.
It was nibbling on a dead twig then.

Color of elytra of P. befui is not so bright.

It might be undescribed species.
