It's Idiostrangalia bisbilineata (Pic, 1923), (= Idiostrangalia michioi) described in this paper by OHBAYASHI Nobuo, 2005: A New species of the genus Idiostrangalia (Cerambycidae, Lepturinae) from the Mountainous Area of Northeastern Laos. Elytra, Tokyo 33 (1): 108-113, 10 figs.

Here 2 drawings from the publication :

In my collection, I have about 20 ex of Idiostrangalia from N Laos. Some fits well with I. auricoma Holz. 07, some less.
But none fits perfectly to the description of other species described by Holz. from the area.
No idea about the species described by Pic.

J'ajoute ici une photographie de ce que je pense être le mâle, aux antennes dentelées (vérifié sur 2 exemplaires). Longueur : 11 mm.
