For me, I have the following opinion.... There have been many new species described from Sabah since Hayashi's paper, mostly by Holzschuh. Holzschuh has another 5 or 10 (!) species to describe from Sabah just from material which I have given to him. They are all very similar. I believe that the genus is probably quite diverse in West Malaysia, too, so there is little confidence for me that all of the species are known or described from West Malaysia. The photographed specimen does look like S. micropoda, but many Cerambycidae from West Malaysia also occur in Sabah.

To follow, here the key from HAYASHI Masao, 1979. Study on Cerambycidae from West Malaysia (Col.) Part II. Bulletin of the Osaka Jonan Women's Junior College 13: 51-87.

The picture is from Cameron H. , not from Sabah.
From West Malaysia, Holschuh in (2011, Beschreibung von 69 neuen Bockkäfern und 6 neuen Gattungen aus Asien has described) has described this species. This one is may be not the good one (I don't recognize antennae) , but it's a start... (I can't read and translate German.)

A Stenoleptura... I have numerous spp. (described and undescribed) from Sabah. Most look similar to yours.
