Okay, with the yellowish first antennae, your specimen seems closer to Eustrangalis (Metalleustrangalis) aeneipennis (Fairmaire, 1889). But I don't know if Ohbayashi used this character to describe his species.

Il me semble que Eustrangalis (Metalleustrangalis) masatakai N. Ohbayashi, 2003 a les premiers antennomères obscurcis, contrairement à Eustrangalis (Metalleustrangalis) aeneipennis notaticollis Pic, 1927 qui a les 5 ou 6 premiers antennomères roux. Mais je n'ai pas la publication d'Ohbayashi, 2003 pour aller plus loin, et ta photo est trop floue .
