I have the publication of Mr.Ohbayashi, and it seems clear now that it is this species.
Incredible, there is also a picture of the male, which looks like a totally different species!

I find Laoleptura phupanensis Ohbayashi N., 2008, but without the original description, no way.

Clearly Laoleptura, probably phupanensis.
