Possibly, it is sexual dimorphism.
I am meeting a lot of Breuning's genera and species based on inconsistent or false characters...

Holotype picture of Paruraecha sikkimensis is here. Picture is not good enough to compare, but my specimens do not fit with Breuning description.

I add another laotian specimen, with 4th antennomera longer than 3rd :

94.99 KB. Is it an undescribed species ?

I have a series of such spms from N-Vietnam with no satisfied identification results , but the genus should be Uraecha indeed.

In Paruraecha, le 4e article est plus longue que le 3e. C'est n'est pas ce genre.

Est le mésosternum est arrondi ou tronqué?

Paruraecha sikkimensis Breuning, 1938

320.27 KB
15 mm, nord Laos.
Another specimen; it fits with none species of LIN M. & GE S.-Q., 2017.
Notes on the genera Annamanum Pic and Uraecha Thomson.

After seeing the type from MNHN-Paris, I don't believe my specimen belongs to U. angusta species ...
Please, have a look here for helping me.

Following the key (see at section's forum) , I arrive to U. angusta (Pascoe, 1865)

Hi Vitali,
Ok, I try to understand something

Hello, Xavier.
It looks like Uraecha indeed.
The key from the review, which I mentioned in a previous ad is places here.
You can try to identify your beetles with this (with the aid of Google translator, I guess).
