No, it is Anoplophora glabripennis (Motschulsky, 1853) var. nobilis Ganglbauer, 1890.

Anoplophora coeruleoantennata is a species blue with white spots and antennae with abundant sky-blue pubescence.

It seems to me an Anoplophora, but I can't tell what species it is.
