left site Male: 14 mm, right site female: 18 mm.

I mean it is Uraecha chinensis Breuning, 1939 and the same spec. as this one.

Well, your specimens are very close to mine. For the name, I don't know. Inner Mongolia is far from Vietnam, may be too far... I will try to make a picture Of U. chinensis at the museum.
