Original description of Blepephaeus subcruciatus (White, 1858). I have never seen the Holotype of this species.

Thanks Francesco, I saw the fulvus on the forum, and left it there because mine does not have distinct circular black marks at the elytral base. B.stigmosus makes sense.

With Breuning's key I reach Blepephaeus stigmosus Gahan, 1895, a species similar to B. fulvus (here the type) but with smaller lateral spot.
This species was described from Malacca and here you can see a probable specimen.
However, Pic (1930) described a species (Epepeotes laosensis) that Breuning considered as a "morph" of stigmosus.
