Was told that this is Epepeotes luscus.

How do we differentiate between gender?

These shots were of different specimens on different occasions.

Exactly!

Nice pictures One is sufficient.

Males (here) have antennae much larger than body and the first article of the anterior tarsi with a lateral spine.
Females (here, though another species) have antennae only a bit longer than body and normal tarsi.
Your specimens seem three males (the first is not sure ).
