You can see here the type of Perihammus undulatus Pu, 1999.
Its name is now Blepephaeus puae Lin, 2011 (see also I. LÖBL & A. SMETANA here)
Remarks :
-Titan database is not updated : no B. puae, and two B.undulatus-> Pic, 1930 and Pu, 1999
-The type of Blepephaeus undulatus (Pic, 1930), a different species, is here
